1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using SRV Daddy's infrastructure, services, or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access our services.
2. Infrastructure Provisioning
All bare-metal and virtual instances are provisioned upon successful payment verification. Delivery times for custom unmanaged colocation may vary based on hardware availability and datacenter logistics.
3. Payment & Billing
Services are billed on a month-to-month, quarterly, or annual basis depending on your selected contract. Failure to remit payment within 72 hours of the invoice due date will result in automated suspension of routing. Data retention during suspension is not guaranteed beyond 7 days.
