1. 99.99% Network Uptime
We guarantee 99.99% network availability for all enterprise deployments. In the event of a network outage exceeding this threshold in a given billing cycle, you are eligible for account credits.
2. Hardware Replacement Guarantee
In the event of hardware failure on dedicated servers, SRV Daddy guarantees a replacement of the faulty component or entire chassis within 4 hours of fault identification by our NOC.
